Accounts Payable specialist will assist the team on the below:
- Review and process invoices daily for multiple entities
- Assist in administrative tasks
- Assist team members in ad hoc tasks
Minimum Requirements
- Associates degree in Accounting or business field or 1-2 years of accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Motivated, self-starter that can also work on a team
- High sense of urgency and ability to work
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, identify, and address problems, meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar accounting software
