Job Description
Staff Matters, LLC a subsidiary of NSC has an immediate opening for Solderers.
Job Title: Solderers
Salary: $18.00 per hour
Job Summary:
We are looking for skilled Solderers to work independently and/or as a team, building a wide variety of custom printed circuit board assemblies. You must have working technical knowledge and possess great manual dexterity. Ability to read instructions represented in manuals, drawings, schematics etc.
Job duties include:
- MUST have SOLDERING experience of thru-hole and SMT components
- Follow and meet manufacturing build schedules.
- Perform soldering activities necessary to complete complex assemblies according to the customer, IPC J-STD-000 and IPC-A-610 specifications.
- Prepare work to be accomplished by following assembly instructions, specifications, and parts lists and organizing the required materials to accomplish the assembly.
- Process components in accordance with written work instructions and customer requirements
Education: High School diploma
