ULG Staffing, a subsidiary of NSC, has openings for QA Admin Coordinator with a client located in Bremerton, WA. Candidates must have great attention to detail, and excellent attendance.
$22/hour
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND PURPOSE (Job Description)
Performs secretarial and administrative support duties in accordance with established procedures, instructions, and work routines. Performs data input, extraction, analysis, and development in support of departmental functions.
II. POSITION DEMANDS (Education/Training)
Typically has a BA/BS in a related field, or AA/AS plus two (2) years directly related experience, or six (6) years directly related experience. Experience in a shipyard environment preferred.
POSITION DEMANDS (Required Experience)
A. Good reading and writing skills.
B. Knowledge of NAVSEA Standard Item Test and Inspection Requirements
C. Familiar with NAVSEA Standard Item 009-04 Quality Management Systems.
D. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
E. Excellent typing skills.
F. Proficient in Microsoft Office products. Able to develop and present metrics.
G. Must have good speaking and listening skills. Able to understand and speak English clearly.
H. Regular, reliable attendance on-site is an essential function of the job.
I. Must be able to work with some supervision.
J. Must be organized and use time wisely.
K. Customer-service driven.
L. Professional appearance.
