Implements NAVSEA Standard.
Focal point for managing repair contracts.
Coordinates, handles progress check, schedules small and large-scale projects.
Supervises project management staff.
Conducts cost, schedules, and handles performance reviews of projects.
Coordinates changes to overhaul specifications to ensure timely implementation and completion.
Interfaces with vessel s coordinators on day to day project matters.
Directly interacts with company personnel in various departments.
Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 2 years of ship repair or marine industry experience preferred however, not required.
Minimum of 3 years of project management experience is required.
Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain DBID background clearance.
Knowledge of managing Federal Contracts.
Ability to negotiate and settle contract requirements.
Knowledge of NAVSEA Standards.
Proficient with Word and Excel.
Must be flexible in work hours.
