NSC Technologies is looking for Blaster/Painter. This blaster/painter would be to apply through conventional, airless plural spray systems, and brush and roll. The position would require operating various types of equipment, such as blast pots and spray guns.
****WORK LOCATION: PITI, GUAM*** PER DIEM TO THOSE WHO QUALIFY****
BLASTER/PAINTER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Apply paint via brush and roll, conventional, airless, and plural systems
- Knowledge of various painting methods and applications and mixing paints to desired colors and consistencies
- Spray with consistent millage
- Operate blasting pot when hose burst, gasket failure, switch malfunction, or any other problem occurs
- Painting, caulking, and sealing Direct blast of abrasive-laden compressed air or water against metal or hard-composition objects to remove adhering scale, sand, paint, grease, tar, rust, and dirt to impart even finish
- (DUE TO RISE IN COVID CASES, YOU MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED TO QUALIFY FOR THIS POSITION, AND SHOW 2 PROOF OF VACCINATION) 1. VACCINATION CARD, AND 2. NOTE FROM DOCTOR THAT YOU ARE FULLY VACCINATED.
- $500.00 sign on bonus, $250.00 on your first day of work and $250.00 when the job is complete
- Pay $32.00 and $100.00 in per diem
- Assignment is for 60-90 days
- The client will pay for luggage up to $100.00, Flights, on island transportation and lodging
- Candidate MUST have updated resume, OSHA TEN, at least 2 years of Painting and blasting experience
- MUST have real ID or Passport, DBIDS eligible
- Half face and or full face respirator fit test
- Must be open to possibly sharing a room
