Job Description
Staffing Resources has immediate LOCAL openings for a 1st shift Assembly Utility Technician in Kokomo, Indiana! This is a Full-time position with potential for direct hire after 90 days. Apply today!
The job will include but is not limited to:
- Reads Quad production schedule. Kits any shortages into kit and then loads feeders into system.
- Unloads feeders at the end of production run and closes kit.
- Maintains feeder inventory.
- Rotates solder screen inventory on a semi-annual basis.
- Assists in Quad, Screen Printer and Reflow maintenance.
- Preforms checks of ESD wrist strap plug-in's monthly.
- Fills in for Quad operators when absent.
- Cross trained to be able to assume Kitting and Shipping/Receiving responsibilities.

Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in electronics.
- 6 mo. experience in electronics manufacturing.
- Knowledge of resistors, capacitors, diodes, and PCB's
- Understanding of Pick and Place equipment.
