A FCAW/SAW Structural Welder welds together structural metal components as specified by blueprints, work orders, or oral instructions.
The requirements for the position are as follows:
Must have a minimum of 1 (one) year FCAW 3G/4G in addition to 1 (one) year of SAW 1G Structural welding experience; and
Must successfully demonstrate the ability to pass a hands-on 3G/4G FCAW Structural welding test with the 3G position welded with downhill progression and 4G welded entirely in the overhead position. In addition to passing the SAW test (Submerge Red Arc Welding) process in a 1G position. SAW certification is required

Job Description
