Warehouse Inventory Fulfillment Specialist

$10 an hour
As a Fulfilment Specialist, you will have the opportunity to help in company growth, not only through assuring inventory accuracy and systems but also through inspiring others, and our continued improvement process. You will primarily be responsible for overall Inventory and Receiving procedures, by directly implementing inventory controls, processes, and distribution center functions. You will also have the opportunity to be part of a leading company that provides a multitude of unique services, including; selling new and refurbished terminals, printers, phones, phone systems, telecommunications equipment, personal computers, and peripherals, as well as IT Asset Disposition (ITAD).
Main Responsibilities Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Implements improvements to maximize operating productivity, quality, and efficiency of Fulfillment methods in a manner consistent with company objectives
  • Manages fulfillment operations ensuring that perpetual orders are maintained and accurate at all times
  • Coordinate fulfillment functions including pulling inventory from stock, accurately inputting data into the inventory system, ensuring accuracy of inventory counts, implementation of inventory control methods and procedures
  • Ensure high-level process accuracy, and procedure compliance
  • Conducts stock retrieval planning and execution, working with operations to ensure all products are well organized, adequately labeled and maintained
  • Adheres to company culture, guidelines, process enhancements, and technical applications
  • Provide consultation to company leadership and teams regarding inventory processes, controls, and advancements
  • Develops and maintains quality control programs to ensure each inventory adjustment is consistent with company standards including researching and finding root causes of inaccuracies and discrepancies
  • Understands and observes all safety procedures and practices
  • Positively assist Management in creating, implementing, and adhering to overall strategies for the company

Job Specifications
Education:
High School Diploma / College Preferred
Experience:
Inventory Processes / Logistics / Technology Services / Warehouse Experience

- Work in distribution center/warehouse environment, lifting 35 lbs 70 lbs on a daily basis
