Immediate Work Available for CDL Class A Flatbed Driver - Elkridge MD - Full Time Work - $18.00-$22.00/hr - Be able to Operate Forklift very well - Scaffold Handling Experience a PLUS, Hand loading and unloading of scaffold - Racking of scaffold equipment in the yard. Forklift will be available at times - forklift experience Preferred!
NSC RoadForce CDL Driver Division is currently Hiring 2 Experienced - Class A CDL Flatbed Delivery Drivers for these Local Direct Hire Driving Positions in Elkridge MD.
Candidates should meet the following criteria:
* Class A/Flatbed/Combination Vehicle Experience
*Scaffold/Heavy Equipment Delivery
*Valid Drivers License CDL A and as a current DOT Med Card.
*Must be able to Load and Unload - Strap and secure load per DOT Specifications
*Forklift/ Heavy Equipment experience
* Good Attitude and Good Customer Service Skills
*At least 2 years Verifiable Over the Road Driving Experience with combination vehicle as well as local city knowledge and experience delivering to job sites.
*Clean MVR
*No DUI in last 7 years
*Good Criminal Background Record
This is a Full Time, Direct Hire position with a large nationwide company - Local - Home Daily -- Load and Unload - with Multiple Stop Delivery.

In addition to above job description:
*Deliver materials by the time scheduled by your supervisor. Validate directions. Loading and Unloading material as required. Ensure that material is properly secured and within weight limits as set by DOT regulation. Ensure delivery of ticket with material and obtain customer signature.
*Communicate with your supervisor throughout the day. Pick up customer returns and validate that product matches request for credit. Pick up local-pickup purchase orders. Secure and return packing list(s). Verify all material has been unloaded and placed at the delivery site. Verify the customer s signature on the delivery ticket. Print name next to signature if necessary. Review delivered orders with the supervisor for completion, accuracy, and format. Return all delivery ticket copies to warehouse, and verify that none are missing.
*Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Comply with all Department of Transportation (DOT) standards and regulations. Fuel the truck as necessary. Report any vehicle problems, moving violations, accidents and defects to the supervisor Compliance with company uniform policy. Assist in yard as necessary. Work overtime as needed.
